Gary Fishkin from South Orange, NJ, selected Birthday Angels as his charity of choice for his coming Bar Mitzvah and he explains why:

"I've been lucky to have had a lot of really fun birthdays, so I feel sympathy for all the kids who don't know what that's like.  Also, since this project is for my Bar Mitzvah and that's like the biggest birthday celebration of my life, I decided that Birthday Angels is really the perfect charity for me to help kids have possibly the biggest birthday of THEIR lives."
