For her Bat Mitzvah, Zoey Speigelman from Parkland Florida, wanted to do more than just donate money.
She wanted her giving to be meaningful.
She decided to make something with her own hands that by selling would help her spread the message of Birthday Angels.The pictures of her gorgeous beaded Puffy Crystal Hearts attest to her tremendous artistic abilities.
The time and work that went into the preparation of the hearts enabled her to think about the children that would benefit from celebrating their birthdays.
Selling it gave her the opportunity to explain to everyone what Birthday Angels is all about. Zoey's outstanding initiative not only raised $1800 !!! for Birthday Angels, it spread the word to a large community who now know all about the project.
Zoey's parents are very proud of her accomplishment and we are all impressed and grateful.
